How do I take a screenshot?
Open the tab you want to capture and click the Screenshot Noter icon in Chrome. It captures the visible part of that tab and opens the side panel. Use the camera button in the side panel to take another screenshot.
Why can’t I capture some pages?
Chrome limits extensions on certain protected pages, including some of Chrome’s own pages. Switch to a regular website tab and try again.
How do I copy my image so that I can paste it somewhere else?
Use Copy image to clipboard.
How do I save my image to a folder or my desktop?
Click Save to folder or Save to desktop. Save to desktop opens a file picker.
Why isn’t the keyboard shortcut working?
Chrome may leave the suggested shortcut unassigned if another extension uses it. Open chrome://extensions/shortcuts to assign or change it. The suggested shortcut is Ctrl + Shift + Y on Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS, or Command + Shift + Y on macOS.
How do I restore Pro?
Choose Sign up / Login in the extension and sign in with the same Google account you used to buy Pro. The extension checks that account’s purchase to unlock Pro features.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Lifetime Pro is a $1.00 USD one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription.
